Membership
What do I get as a member?
Your monthly membership fee supports the club and gives you access to the illustrious Feed. You can also buy credits and use them to purchase Videos, Messages, and Deals.
Who are the Club Mates?
Credits are required to purchase Videos, Messages, and Deals. Your monthly membership includes access to the fabulous Feed; any additional products and services require credits.
How often do you update Dressplay?
The Club Mates are continually updating Dressplay with new and improved content and with the latest products and services.
Do I need credits to use Dressplay?
Credits are required to purchase premium Club Mail, contribute to Video Deals, and more. Your monthly membership includes access to the illustrious Club Feed. Any additional products and services require credits.
How can I purchase credits?
Click on the Credit icon at the top, right to purchase credits. Please visit the Payments FAQ for more information.
How much do credits cost?
Credits costs € 2, but those with a Fan membership receive a discounted rate of € 1 per credit!
Do credits expire?
No, credits do not expire as long as you remain a Fan or VIP member.
Can I close my account at any time?
In order to close your account please use our support form. You will need to select the topic close my account. Our support staff will take care of this process with you. Please note that if you close your account we will delete all information that was related to the account, this includes any stored content you may have purchased in the past.
What happens to my credits if I close my account?
Your credits will be lost if you close your account. Please consider spending your credits before closing your account.
Can I rejoin if I close my account?
Yes, if you close your account you can rejoin, however, you will be joining as a new user - your past account history and any credits on past accounts will be gone.
Club Features
Can I stream or download content?
All videos and images are downloadable. While short videos and previews will stream in the Club Feed, all full videos are available only for download. Images and galleries from the Club Feed or Club Mail are also available for download.
Can I purchase items, like new or used clothing?
A Club Store is in the works. Browse a selection of physical and digital souvenirs from productions and from the Club Mates, including high quality photographs, clothing, and toys, with worldwide delivery available.
Can I send gifts for my favorite Club Mate
Yes, please contact us for the P.O. box or for a link to the Club Mate’s wish lists.
Can I sponsor a Club Mate directly?
Coming soon! Sponsor a Club Mate on her profile page using your credits.
Can I send in scripts and ideas for video productions?
Coming soon! Look out for upcoming Video Projects, where members can submit script ideas and requests.
Can I send in clothing to be worn in videos?
Coming soon! VIPs will be able to send in clothing to feature in new videos.
Can I chat directly with the Club Mates?
Coming soon! If you’re feeling friendly, consider DM Plus for pay-per-chat messaging with the Club Mates. Any attachments are downloadable but may have limited availability.
Does Dressplay have live broadcasts or chat sessions?
No, we currently do not offer live broadcasts or chat sessions.
What is the Feed?
The Feed is our premium gift to you for your membership. View new and exciting pics and vids, trailers, announcements, backstage footage, and more, with at least 3 posts a week
What is a Deal and how does it work?
A Deal is a special offer for a new video. You can purchase Deals using credits. The earlier you purchase a Deal, the higher the discount you will receive!
What is a Messages and how does it work?
Receive Messages from the Club and Club Mates in your account inbox with exclusive offers for downloadable pictures, hot videos, and more! Message content can be purchased using credits.
Payments
Which payment options are available?
Payments must be made through a secure online credit or debit card payment. Bank transfer payments are coming soon and must be made in euros (EUR) or U.S. dollars (USD).
Are payments safe?
All credit card payments are encrypted and compliant with current legal and technical standards. Furthermore, all credit card payments must be made on a 3D-Secure (3DS) card, which is a layer of security that requires the cardholder to enter a unique password, SMS code, or temporary PIN, in order to protect both users and merchants from payment fraud.
What does 3D-Security mean for credit card payments?
3D Secure is an increasingly common layer of security in online credit and debit card transactions and requires the cardholder to enter a unique password, an SMS code, or temporary PIN. 3D Secure is used to protect both users and merchants from payment fraud.
My credit card is not 3D-Secure. What can I do?
Please contact the bank that issued your card and request 3D-Security on your card. This should be a free addition.
How can I make a bank transfer?
Bank transfers, online or in-person at your bank, are coming soon
Are worldwide bank transfers possible?
Bank transfer payments are coming soon. At that time, worldwide bank transfers will be available and payments must be in euros (EUR) or U.S. dollars (USD).
In which currencies can I pay?
Currently all payments must be in euros (EUR).
How do I get my credits after I pay?
After receiving your payment, we will deposit credits to your account based on the amount received.
Are refunds available?
No, all sale are final and refunds are not available. Like a cinema, we only refund credits in the case of technical failure.
How can I cancel my recurring membership?
Visit your Membership page to cancel or for more information. Cancellation takes effect on your next billing date and will be confirmed once processed.
